	Acument Global Technologies Announces TORX® Drive System World Class Quality Award Winners for 2008
Troy, Mich. (June 16, 2009) – Acument Global Technologies, Inc. (Acument), a leading supplier of mechanical fastening technology, today announced the 2008 winners of its TORX® Drive System World Class Quality Awards. Owner of one of the largest and longest-running intellectual property licensing programs in the fastening industry, Acument established the annual award program in 2005 to recognize its high-performing, qualified licensees who demonstrate the greatest commitment to manufacturing high quality, authentic TORX® fasteners and tooling during the previous calendar year. Five drive tool producers and six fastener manufacturers representing Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and the United States were among Acument TORX® licensees receiving the award for 2008 performance.

	Saturn® Fasteners Operation of Acument Aerospace Receives Silver Boeing Performance Excellence Award
BURBANK, Calif. (May 8, 2009) – The Saturn® Fasteners, Inc., operation of Acument Global Technologies’ Acument Aerospace business today announced it has received a 2008 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers achieving superior levels of performance. Saturn Fasteners, located in Burbank, Calif., maintained a Silver composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from Oct. 1, 2007, to Sept. 30, 2008, to earn the award.
